Day 1:
Pick up in Managua airport and travel to Matagalpa, where you will spend the night at Buongiorno Principessa hotel.

Day 2:
Leaving to El Chile indigenous community. Visit to traditional indigenous looms, walk around the community and up to El Chile hill.
After having a traditional lunch, you will leave to Bosawás Biosphere Reserve, where you will spend the night.

Day 3:
Trekking in Bosawás Biosphere Reserve.

Day 4:
Leaving from Bosawas to León we will arrival in the afternoon and spend the night at Malinche hostel.

Day 5:
Enjoy a city tour of León in the morning. You will have free time in the afternoon at the beach.
Overnight in León.

Day 6:
Cerro Negro climbing and sand-boarding. In the afternoon you will visit the Tiger lagoon.
Night in León

Day 7:
From León we'llnow go to Masaya. Going up to Masaya Volcano by car and horse-riding around the crater. In the evening you will visit Masaya traditional market, Catarina view point and you will spend the night in Granada, at La Siesta hotel.

Day 8:
Visiting Granada in the morning, chance of a boat trip around "Las Isletas", a small island in Cocicolba Lake or kayaking in Asese bay. Night in Granada.

Day 9:
Trekking in Mombacho volcano in the morning. In afternoon you will leave to Ometepe Island, where you will spend the night.
Overnight at Finca Venecia hotel.

Day 10:
You will spend the all day discovering the island.
n the morning you will walk up to San Ramón waterfall and at around 3:30pm get ready to return. In the afternoon you can relax having a bath in the "Ojo de Agua" thermal waters.

Day 11:
Leaving from Ometepe to San Juan del Sur. You will spend the evening in Maderas beach and the night in Casa Maderas Ecolodge.

Day 12:
Spend the day in Maderas beach.

Day 13:
Boat trip to watch whales and/or turtles according to the season. Afternoon in one of its beaches. You will spend the night in San Juan del Sur or in Managua, according to your return flight.

Day 14:
Flight back home.

Day 1:
Pickup in Managua airport. Night at Managua or at Granada, according to the flight schedule.

Day 2:
Day at La Granadilla, a local rural community where you will get in touch with real Nicaraguan! Visit of Mombacho volcano's surrounding area and of this rural communities.

Day 3:
Trekking to the top of the Mombacho volcano. Free afternoon at Granadilla community and refreshing bath at Aguas Agrias natural pools.

Day 4:
Leaving to Ometepe, the biggest American island is a sweet lake! You will visit the main beaches of this island in the afternoon and enjoy Charco Verde Natural Reserve.
Night at El Porvenir Hotel.

Day 5:
Climbing Concepción Volcano.
Please note: If it is not possible to climb it because of the weather conditions, you will climb Maderas Volcano, which is inactive.

Day 6:
Walk up to San Ramón Waterfall in the morning and relax in Ojo de Agua natural pools in the afternoon.

Day 7:
Traveling from Ometepe to León, passing by Masaya volcano. Night at León, at Malinche hostel.

Day 8:

Ometepe is also part of UNESCO’s World Network of Biosphere Reserves after its nomination was approved unanimously at the XXII Session of the International Coordinating Council of the Man and the Biosphere Programme (MAB) of UNESCO. During your visit to Ometepe, you can enjoy hiking both volcanoes, cooling off in the fresh waters of Lake Nicaragua at Playa Santo Domingo, tasting gourmet coffee at Finca Magdalena or going for a bike ride along the small towns in the island. 

During this tour you will be picked up at 7am and taken to San Jorge where you will embark on a ferry to Ometepe. All activities are included and you may choose which one you want to participate in. You will have a one-night accommodation with breakfast and lunch and will be accompanied by a bilingual guide the whole time.

During this private tour you can trek volcanoes, relax in natural volcanic pools or in the beach, walk in the forest and have a bath in San Ramón waterfall.

Day 1
Leaving from León at 8am to San Jorge where we will catch a ferry to Ometepe. We will arrive early in the afternoon and we will discover some of its great beaches and reserves, among which Jesús María and Charco Verde Natural Reserve, where we will spend the night.

Day 2
We will have a nice and easy trek in the morning up to San Ramón waterfall. In the afternoon we will relax in Ojo de Agua natural pool. Night at Charco Verde.
If you want to experience a hard trekking, you can trek Concepción or Maderas volcan at an extra cost.

Day 3
We will have a nice walk in Charco Verde reserve in the morning and we will catch a ferry to go back to León at around 2pm. Ferry schedule can change and it does not depend on our company.
Back to León at around 6pm

Do not go too far to hike a volcano! Discover the Apoyeque Volcano just one hour away from Managua city. Get ready for a 3-hour hike in the vegetation and slopes of this active volcano which last eruption was more than 6,400 years ago. Once you reach the top, you get a panoramic view of the two lagoons, Xiloa and Apoyeque.

You will depart from Managua early in morning at 6am. You will cross the city to arrive to the slopes of the Volcano. Once near to the slopes, the hiking will start. At the beginning, the ascent is easy, but as you get higher, it gets steeper with abundant vegetation. Trees, rocks, insects are found on the way up.

After one hour or more of hiking up, you will reach the border of the crater from where you will have a magnificent view of the lagoon and surroundings.  After a moment to breathe in the landscape, you will get ready to go back hiking to the vehicle.

This is a half-day hiking adventure close to Managua.

Explore the city of Granada on this 3-hour walking tour. Relax on a horse drawn carriage through the city before continuing on foot. Visit an art gallery, the old convent of San Francisco and climb to the top of Iglesia La Merced’s tower for amazing views of the surrounding area.

Your bilingual guide will pick you up from your hotel and begin with a briefing on Granada. Then hop on a horse drawn carriage to begin touring the city.

Once the horse drawn carriage tour comes to an end, continue on foot. Visit La Casa de Los Tres Mundos, an art gallery and cultural academy which runs several programs supporting local children. Stop at the old convent of San Francisco to see the display of numerous pre-Columbian statues from Zapatera Island. Climb the steps of Iglesia La Merced’s tower to enjoy impressive views of Granada and Mombacho, the volcano.

Before your tour ends, stop at the Old Train Station and La Polyora, an old fortress built to repel the attacks of English and French pirates.
